Calderdale Council to reward healthy eaters with certificates during NSMW

Calderdale Council have announced plans to encourage pupils to eat healthily during National School Meals Week by awarding healthy eating certificates to children who have had a healthy school meal.
During LACA’s National School Meals Week, which takes place from October 31st – November 4th, children who have had a healthy school meal or brought in a healthy lunch box will receive a certificate.
A signed certificate from the director of Public Health, Paul Butcher, has been designed and will be given to every child that meets the criteria for them to take home.
