KNORR launches gluten-free catering guide

NORR has created a guide to gluten-free catering with top chef, Phil Vickery.

The guide, which holds tip and gluten-free recipes, was launched at the LACA Conference and Exhibition on July 8th.

Leon Mills, KNORR marketing manager, said: “Our research shows that while 91% of chefs know how to prepare a gluten-free dish, 28% of operators still don’t offer any gluten-free menu items.

“But that doesn’t mean they don’t want to. In fact, 65% of caterers said they’d like to offer more gluten-free dishes,  but cost and recipe inspiration are big barriers.”
