LACA School Chef of the Year 2016 finalists revealed

The finalists of the Lead Association of CAtering in Education’s (LACA) annual School Chef of the Year (SCOTY) competition have been announced, following completion of the regional heats.
School caterers will compete at the national final to be crowned School Chef of the Year, which will take place at Stratford Upon Avon College on Thursday 10th March with the announcement of the results at a presentation dinner that evening at Stratford Manor Hotel.
The winner will also be interviewed as part of the LACA national seminar programme the following day, also at Stratford Manor Hotel.
