The Agriculture & Horticulture Development Board is a non departmental public body alligned to DEFRA. Dolmio and Uncle Ben’s sauces deliver a convenient back of house solution and an exciting front of house choice for customers, but with no sacrifice on quality. Our development chefs are dedicated to sourcing only the best ingredients from around the world to ensure that every jar is full of the finest vegetables, herbs and spices. Mars Foodservice are currently going through the process to be officially accredited by the Halal Monitoring Committee. Fourteen of the nineteen sauces, including Dolmio were pointed out by the Halal food solutions provider, Caterdirect to be compatible for a Halal diet.

Centralised Solutions for Councils
The Trust-e Cashless System allows councils to centrally maintain their system and automatically collect data for any number of schools within their borough.
