OnRecord Cashless

OnRecord Cashless is widely used throughout BSF and Academy build programme, with the introduction of OnRecord lite specifically aimed towards younger students. OnRecord Cashless offers a full and comprehensive financial engine and reporting system, exclusively tailored to the needs of the modern school.

MIS integration

OnRecord is designed to integrate with schools Management Information Systems, and supports the two most popular MIS (Capita SIMS and Serco Facility) systems natively with read write capability, and supports a variety of other MIS systems through a generic import link.

ID management

OnRecord identity manager enables you to automatically issue thousands of permissions at a time. With a dynamic link to the school’s MIS, students and staff are allocated a unique identifier to access each of the linked applications within the facility. These include access control, library, print control and of course the OnRecord cashless and OnRecord e-registration solutions.

Multiple system keys

Gladstone Education understands that access to information, applications and networks is essential to the smooth running of your facility. Access to internal resources needs to be made quick and easy, and at the same time safe and secure. We have responded to this need by developing OnRecord identity manager, a transformational new solution that enables schools to more easily provision electronic identities to students, teachers and support staff using both card and biometric-based recognition options. This extends the scope of the Cashless solution with the ability to runs the system using both card and biometrics concurrently.

Grab n’ Go

Features such as Grab n’ Go allow students to pre-order meals ensuring that they can be prepared in advance and collected at a pre-determined point or time. Studies have shown that these innovations can reduce queuing and waste whilst also leading to an increase in meal uptake.

Multi-site
OnRecord multi-site is a brand new solution designed specifically to support OnRecord in multi-site environments. By combining OnRecord identity manager with OnRecord multi-site, individuals’ unique permissions are managed across all integrated sites and all linked applications. Multi-site registration reporting and cashless reconciliation are also made simple.

Payment methods

Student’s no longer need to carry cash as OnRecord cashless enables a flexible range of payment collection methods for school meals. Parents can pay online (via integration with payment gateways) or directly at the school by cash or cheque. Students can preload their accounts with cash via interactive touch kiosks located within the school or even at the Epos units in the canteen.
