WEST MIDLANDS SCHOOL CHEFS COMPETE FOR TOP CULINARY TITLE
School chefs from across the West Midlands will compete on Thursday 28 February for the top Regional Award in LACA’s School Chef of the Year 2008 Competition sponsored by Nestlé FoodServices. Five contestants will battle it out in a cook off which will be held at South Birmingham College, Hall Green Campus, Cole Bank Road, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 8ES.
