LACA national seminar to feature three case studies

LACA has revealed more details about the programme for the upcoming national seminar that will take place on Friday 17th November at the Stratford Manor Hotel.

There will be three case studies at the national seminar, including:

  • Case Study 1 - Surplus Food donations, Steve Ralf from Eudaimonia
  • Case Study 2 - The Pantry Catering, Luke Consiglio, managing director (Catering Business of the Year winners)
  • Case Study 3: HC3S, Amanda Whatley and Karen Clark (LACA Marketing Award winners)

Find out more about the charity who collects the surplus food at the end of the LACA Main Event and who benefits from the donations. Two of this year's LACA Award winners will be at the national seminar to discuss their success stories.

The venue offers free parking and Wi-Fi. Bookings are now being taken for delegate places on Friday. Accommodation and dinner on Thursday 16th November can be added if required.
