Dolmio and Uncle Ben’s sauces deliver a convenient back of house solution and an exciting front of house choice for customers, but with no sacrifice on quality. We have four authentic culinary sauce ranges, Indian, Far Eastern, The Americas and Italian. Our sauces are all ready to use and are truly versatile. Our range can be used as a pour over sauce, for stir frying, pizza toppings right through to sandwich fillings and jacket potato toppings. The list of applications is endless and stretches as far as the chef’s imagination will allow.

Our development chefs are dedicated to sourcing only the best ingredients from around the world to ensure that every jar is full of the finest vegetables, herbs and spices. Our sauces are so full of vegetables that the entire Dolmio range contain more than 84% vegetable content and a 90g serving can be counted as a portion of fruit or veg.

The entire Dolmio and Uncle Ben’s Ready to Use Sauce range are free from artificial flavourings, colours and preservatives, all are Gluten Free, all are suitable for Vegetarians and 14 are suitable for vegans.

In addition to this all 19 of our ready to use sauces fall within the 2012 RD guidelines on salt. Mars Foodservice are officially accredited by the HFA so are also suitable for a Halal diet.

Uncle Ben’s also deliver a range of high quality dry and frozen rices. The range covers Long Grain, Whole Grain, Basmati and Risotto Rices. These rices perform superbly; they will never stick to your pan, have a high yield and great holding properties. The unique Uncle Ben’s parboiling process gives you better, consistent quality, quicker and more flexible cooking results and a more robust grain which gives perfect results every time.

Uncle Ben’s rice goes through 215 quality checks from the field to the packaging to ensure that the customer only receives the best grains of rice. Our rice has also been certified as being free from GM.
