Bonnet by Hobart Cooking Solutions competition - final call for entries

28 Aug 2014

Bonnet by Hobart Cooking Solutions is making a final call to caterers to enter its latest competition, offering a chance to sample an educational culinary experience at the chef’s table of a top cookery school.

Entries into the company’s new ‘Chef’s Choice’ competition, which is open to all UK commercial caterers, close at midnight on September 30th, 2014. The prize for one lucky entrant (plus guest) will be a demonstration dining session at celebrated chef, Rosemary Shrager’s Cookery School, run by executive head chef, John Rogers.

Simon Merrick, director of Hobart Cooking Solutions, said: “This is a great opportunity for somebody to fine-tune their skills and to watch and learn from a leading chef who has vast experience and a great track record at fine dining establishments across the industry. Getting involved couldn’t be simpler – I urge caterers to visit the website today and sign up for the chance to find vital inspiration to take back to their own operations.”

The school’s chef’s table sessions, run by John Rogers, invite participants to “sit back, relax and watch the magic happen”. Rogers has extensive experience of top restaurants having worked at, amongst others, Swinton Park, Masham, and Paris House, Woburn, before finally teaming up with Rosemary Shrager.

To enter the competition, caterers can visit the Hobart UK website – www.hobartuk.com/chefs-choice – and simply fill in their details before the closing date of September 30th 2014. A prize draw will be made on October 2nd to find the winner.
