Sally Shadrack – LACA’s Chair says, “I am delighted to congratulate the first organisations on the LACA Roll of Honour for their work and commitment.  I am a member of the Workforce Development Group that is made up of colleagues across our sector of the catering industry and wish to thank them for all the hard work they have done in developing these standards for our school catering workforce.

I am so proud of these organisations and will be giving them their certificates at the LACA Main Event.”

Catering staff up and down the country are providing healthy, nutritious  meals to the young people in schools and the professional standards enable them to have the skills and knowledge to do their best in their roles. If you are using the professional standards – however small   - then tell us all about it and you can be included in the Recognition scheme too!!
