School caterer, Educaterers, has expanded its online presence with further sections added to its website.

The website was launched at the end of last year, following Educaterers’ establishment as a Local Authority Traded Company – the first for Warwickshire County Council.

It now includes an improved recruitment section, with current vacancies and employee benefits displayed. The website also has a focus on one of the company's staff members, Debbie Dyker, who is catering supervisor at Woodloes Primary School in Warwick, to demonstrate the progression that Educaterers staff can make.

Terry Tredget, director of catering at Educaterers, said: “We hope these further improvements provide our existing and potential school clients and catering staff with even more useful information about what we do and how they can join with us.”

Additionally, there is a new ‘News’ section, and a ‘Downloads’ section where you can find the new Educaterers company brochure and Recipe Booklet. This has been developed to help pupils and their families re-create some of the school meals they enjoy at home and to encourage healthy eating.

There is also an improved ‘Who We Feed’ section where visitors will find sample menus for nurseries, primary and secondary schools. Educaterers took over the delivery of school meals from Warwickshire County Council in September last year.

Tredget added: “If you are thinking of joining the catering sector or moving roles, I’d encourage you to look at our staff pages and recruitment links.”
